Being Norwegian, i have heard that Bluetooth was named after Harald Blåtann (=Bluetooth in english). Bluetooth was, as far as i remember (might be mistaken though), invented by a Swede working for the Ericsson mobile company, so i guess he was familiar with the history of Harald Blåtann
