Headphone/HiFi stores across the world

I’m not selling anything, I’m just showing what’s out there and trying to point people towards what they may like lol

So a GOOD salesman.

If you ever find yourself in Vancouver, BC there is a place called the Headphone Bar. I have never been there, but I have bought headphones from them and they seem to have a pretty good selection. I just bought a demo set of Fostex TH-610’s from them.

There are also a few good shops in Toronto, if you find yourself there on business.

x2 for Headphone Bar, I know the owner Travis and he is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have ever met in this hobby.
I find myself walking in there prepared to pay full retail price and he always finds a way to combo a deal or even just randomly take discounts without asking.
Every single thing on the website is available to demo, no questions asked (and usually there are even more items in-store that are not listed).

https://hifigo.com shipping to all over the world!

I checked that site and saw several brands I did not recognize. I am much more comfortable with ordering from Shenzhen Audio. If you can wait for sales, the prices are very good. Also quick shipping and the paperwork is great for those importing. Really nice products too.

Anyone here ever bought from Audiophonics.fr?

Well shit. Just bought a set of open box Anandas for 800 cdn. What a steal. Thanks for sharing the store.

Curious to hear what you think. Everything I read about them talked about them being a little too hot or bright. I am very happy with the Sundara’s, but there is a little bit of sparkle up top though.

Depends what kind of amp your using though, I suppose.

Hopefully fills the role as my daily driver gaming headphones. Love my current cans but wanted something in the same class but alot lighter.

Yes. I got my xDuoo XD-05 + from them couple months ago.

If anyone else is in North Carolina, we have Audio Advice and Moon Audio. Not sure of any other stores.

I never knew Moon Audio was in NC. I guess I just assumed California.

Personally, I’m a big fan of Andrew at Bloom Audio here in New Jersey. He’s relatively new, but he has always done right by me and has most of the brands I’d be interested in.

I’ll make sure to give him a visit after civilization returns to normalcy. Hopefully he has a pair of Verite Closed for me to try, I can’t wait to try them.

He won’t unfortunately. ZMFs are only sold direct in the US to my knowledge. But, if you were looking for a dac/amp to pair them with, I know for a fact you can bring yours in to demo them

I see. That’s unfortunate but understandable since they’re made-to-order. I’ll find one in the used market and bring it to the store so I can marry it to whichever tube amp I happen to fancy the most. I’m very excited. Hopefully, everything will reopen soon.

I just wanted to take a moment to give props to all the fine folks at Bloom Audio (www.bloomaudio.com) for their stellar service. I’ve purchased a couple of items with them in the last year and each experience was top notch. They don’t have an abundance of items for sale compared to an Apos, Audio46, or Headphones.com, but what they do offer is normally in stock and ships within a day or so. Unfortunately they don’t carry any chi-fi items and their stock consists of the more prominent brands like Campfire, Focal, Hifiman, Audeze, etc.

If you’re looking into spending some of your stimulus money on audio equipment, please consider checking these guys out. I’m here in California and I pay no tax and receive free shipping whenever I purchase an item. Also, first time buyers get free overnight shipping with their first purchase over $599 (details on their website).
