They are revealing and if you have poorly recorded music, it might not be the most pleasant listen lol. The atoms are also revealing but don’t emphasize flaws as much like the jbl do at times
Yea I feel that transparency in the JBL’s is something I would value a lot with music production. Plus I was looking around and found a really good deal on them. I just find myself being attracted more to the Paradigms because its the best of both worlds. They have that transparency I need and yet still pleasurable in music listening.

Hey M0N do you know if the Paradigms get pretty loud? do they do well at loud levels?
They aren’t high spl champs or anything, but for me on a desk I could get them to fairly uncomfortable volumes and they seemed to still be pretty nice
