Here’s an idea for photo sharing thread as an homage to Steve Guttenberg’s 'Viewer System of the Day" segments in his YouTube channel videos.

Post your 2-channel or home theater (HT) setups and give a description of the gear you have.

(Perhaps someone else can start a similar thread for headphone and IEM setups)

I’ll get things started with my main 2-channel rig:

Rack, top to bottom:

  • TEAC TN-300 turntable with an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge
  • Schiit Mani phono preamp
  • Geshelli Labs Jnog DAC (original AKM series)
  • Fun Generation RTA-31 (spectrum analyzer) (oft requested link)
  • Schiit Freya S preamp
  • TEAC CD-P650 CD player
  • Cambridge Audio CXN V2 streamer
  • Schiit Vidar monoblock amplifiers

Speakers:

  • Klipsch R620F
  • Klipsch R-120SW Subwoofer
  • Speaker cables by Periapt

Later on I’ll post my basement rig and my HT setup.

Let’s see what everyone else has for 2-channel and HT.

@SandboxGeneral Very sweet setup, Sir. Lovin the monoblocks! I was considering going that route but figured that it was overkill for a desktop setup! :laughing:

Overkill? Nah.

My base rule for life is this, ‘if it makes you happy, then that’s all that matters.’ I don’t have to justify my decisions to anyone no matter how they may judge them.

You want a monoblock for your desktop rig and it’s in your budget, then go ahead and bring happiness to yourself.
