The new white boxed versions should all be berry sets. But i can totally understand that.
From that point of view i would also dont buy the L3 because of the QS issues at the moment.
The FH3 could be a safe bet…
I’m thinking about saving a bit more and buying the FH3 and e4000 and giving them both a try. Beyond that, I’ve been contemplating buying a dac with a remote control and optical input (probably e30) for whenever I go back to school so I can leave my c93 ii and A-100 with my older brother till I get back. Maybe see about picking up an alternative amp to pair with my Dekoni Blue.

I wouldnt look at the E4000 at all…
The Ibasso IT00 is somewhat similar in tuning but is half the price.

I can also highly rec JH Audio (Astell&Kern) Billie Jean. I bought mine over amazon.de for around 200 Euros. The price varies from day to day and you can get them fairly cheap.
Ding ding ding! Just get the FH3 to start. You might not need/want anything else.

Quite honestly I’m happy as hell with a BTR5 and FH3’s/Legacy 3’s for IEM/mobile fun listening, balanced cables on both
