Mineās still good after 30+ hours of listeningā¦were/are there different batches and who did you guys get your sets from?..If iBasso suggests 100hrs burn in? and if that problem persists then thereāll be a lot of pissed off punters?

Got mine through them too but via Amazonā¦advancedmp3players are a pretty solid, I got my FH7ās from them and a pair of Shureāsā¦Iāve never had a problem with those sets but their commās are good and always helpful so hopefully theyāll sort it for you

Well, from what I know there seems to only be 2 units that has channel imbalance. (since no one on head-fi has mentioned it, hopefully the problem isnt widespread.)
I do like listening sessions with these and the R&P Spring 1āsā¦both great sets in their own right, but their presentation is quite a bit different, after a bit of ear burn in I really do rec both sets 
No, but I did try them on different sources and the problem is still there. I played with the cable while listening and the cable seems solid. I really think this is an issue with the IEM.
I have a new cable coming tomorrow. I donāt like switching out MMCX cables, especially with a plastic case like on the IT00.
I got mine direct from IBasso.
I had two+ days of burn in so at least 40. I hope you stay lucky! 
Iām not too worried. I have sets I much prefer compared to this set. Mangird Tea. Itās too bad because I was really enjoying how the IT00 was breaking in last night. Now this morning, everything has shifted considerably to left. Maybe 25-30%.

iBASSO is a good company so again like with @Rikudou_Goku they can sort it 
One last thing, have you tried the 00 cable on another IEM?..a long shot but maybe worth a try?
I have tried a different cable and even the backup nozzle. I only burned it for 20 hours lol.
Hope Advancedmp3players are good and just sends me the replacement without any hassleā¦
EDIT: although its saturday so guess I have to wait until monday for them to even reply meā¦

Gonna use my final audio plug removal thingy when I remove the OEM cable when I swoop to the campfire one just in case as BGGAR was worried about the socket mounting on the plastic shell

I contacted IBasso and they asked me to swap the MMCX connectors and re-test the IEM. The swap did not resolve the issue. They just got back to me and they are planning on sending me a replacement.

Yeah, no complaints. IBasso replied quickly (even on a weekend) and appear to be doing everything they can to resolve the issue. Sucks they have to send out another unit.

On a positive note mine are still solid 30+ hrs of listening (no burn in) and I still rec them
Oh and a random observationā¦they do drums brilliantly, better than all my other IEMās tbh.
