Yay! More of the “let’s stuff as many drivers into a shell and see if the public will think it’s better!” trend that’s infecting our hobby lately.
An IEM’s sound is about tuning and driver quality, not driver count.

And didnt the guy behind it kinda vanish when people had problems?
Its Here!!! With thanks to Dita and Ted SuperChonk Koh the Prelude i have very expectations of this set.
Man, you know what is an insult to an injury moment for me after getting scammed back in June this year? It turns out my best friend who recommended me the Pilgrims back then, is now a selling and IceLab Prismatica which is an IEM set that got recommended to me as a direct upgrade on both the Pilgrims and the Volume S.
That means, if I only waited and didn’t rushed like an idiot to get the so called Mega5EST back then, I could have gotten the Prismatica today instead. So overall, I am still bummed out and I have to tell my best friend that “Dude, I appreciate it but I am still not feeling it today for the burnout in me is still here, hence I cannot purchase it from you due to me getting scammed.”
I am gonna have to cut my loses on it and pretty much take my time again on getting back to this hobby and eventually get some upgrades.
just dont rush brother. enjoy the ride and journey
Below are a selection of quotes on the topic of failure from 20 iconic people, each of whom has achieved something great and is talking from his or her own unique experience. Today, let’s celebrate these wonderful souls who chose to embrace failure with open arms. Maybe, just maybe, their words of wisdom will help us to do the same.
“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” - Thomas Edison
“Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.” - Winston Churchill
“Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, only this time more wisely.” - Henry Ford
“Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time we fail.” - Confucious
““If you’re going to learn and grow, you have to be willing to take chances and make mistakes.” - John Mackey
“Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success.” - Dale Carnegie
“Failure is success if we learn from it.” - Malcolm Forbes
“I’ve come to believe that all my past failure and frustrations were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.” - Tony Robbins
“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.” - Colin Powell
“It is fine to celebrate success, but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure.” - Bill Gates
“Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of a greater or equal benefit.” - Napoleon Hill
“Like success, failure is many things to many people. With Positive Mental Attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again.” - W. Clement Stone
“The only real failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows.” - Buddha
“My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with failure.” - Abraham Lincoln
“Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It’s ok to fail. If you’re not failing, you’re not growing.” - H. Stanley Judd
“Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failing is another steppingstone to greatness.” - Oprah Winfrey
“Remember that failure is an event, not a person.” - Zig Ziglar
“Failure after long perseverance is much grander than never to have a striving good enough to be called a failure.” - George Eliot
“Why do I talk about the benefits of failure? Simply because failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was and began to direct all my energy into finishing the only work that mattered to me.” - J.K. Rowling
“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” - Michael Jordan
I totally get why it stings so much. It’s not just about the money lost, it’s the *timing, the what-ifs, and the sense that you rushed when you could’ve had something better just around the corner.
Yeah I really need to practice more patience for I can admit that one can be my weakness. And as well as rushing things instead of thinking first. Not only that, I really need to stop FOMO, for I think I am not really missing much when there are a lot of stuff coming out but that doesn’t mean it’s automatically better than the past sets.
Yeah man, as much he is right about this one. I cannot be a fan of Thomas Edison, for he ruined Nikola Tesla. Yes, Nikola Tesla for me is the truer one for me, and I really didn’t like the lies that I’ve had learned about Thomas Edison as a kid from his textbooks back then when I was learning him as a subject during my grade school days.
What is funny is that I am not even an American, but somehow I still remember the shit as a kid.

Hey guys, has anyone tried the Tanchjim bunny and the Tangzu Zetian ? Also how would you compare the Tanchjim with Zero’s 2?
I’ve tried the Tanchjim Bunny, it’s super impressive for the price, really clean and balanced, and I’d pick it over the Zero 2 for a more neutral sound. Haven’t heard the Zetian yet, but I’ve read it’s a detail monster if you’ve got the power for it!
Thanks! I found the Zero 2 a bit flat in staging and dynamics almost too polite for my preference… Did the Bunny feel more alive or textured in comparison?
