The H40 is pretty nice for the price. For a bit more the JVC HA-FD01 is a solid choice as well

Those who have both say that the H40 and D10 are better than the JVC. But you better check them in Headfi.
I own the JVCs, and I only had a quick chance to demo the H40s a friend owns. I donāt know if the JVCs are for everyone, but I prefer a DD to BA if implemented well. The stock JVC version is not well implemented, but the simple mod fixes that. I havenāt heard the Drop version, but I assume it does the exact same thing. The JVCs may be boring to some, but for me it gives a much more natural presentation than most iems under $1k. Iām just not a fan of balanced armature unless you spend an arm and a leg for it, but I know not everyone feels the same

I will check it out if I get the chance, but I think Iām done with iem purchases for the time being. If it performs as well or better than the JVC for $70 less, itās a steal

I have yet to hear the Finschi here, but the descriptions remind me of a better behaved Meze 99 Classic, barring the comparison to an over ear. The OH-10 has a similar tonality to the CE-5 and TE5B. I have heard the OH-10 and own the TE5B, I will say, as obvious as it is, the Hyla has better resolution and more apparent bass and impact. That being said, I love both and used to own the OH-1. I believed it always needed more air.

TE-5Bās are on my short list along with Empire Ears Valkyrie and Unique Melody MEST. I really need to move away from the DD + BA hybrid, so Iām shifting focus to tri-brids. I just donāt know if I want a piezo or an estat. Iām just hoping some Hylaās will pop up on eBay when Iām ready to buy since those things are kind of difficult to locate.

Its true that urbanfun YBF is better than ikko oh10?
Two good channels says that is the BEST iem, (vivir digital) BEST he has test and other (bad Guy audio ) one of the top 5 iem.
I have blon, I dont sure if u should change.
I have the OH10 and will receive the Urbanfun in a couple weeks. Will let you know when I can compare.

I just got these yesterday and I love the sound but unfortunately I seem to have small ears and I couldnt wear them for a few minutes without some sort of painā¦Sound seems perfect though
man i canāt find these anywhereā¦ only used on ebay and maybe 1 questionable site that iām not willing to test out. hope amazon gets some soonā¦

Ikko is a much better iem imo than the urbanfun. Donāt have the L3.
Well the Oh10 is like 3 times the cost of the Urbanfun, so you would hope it would be better. Took a look at the graph comparison and they look kinda similar, is that accurate?
As I told you, my urbanfun doesnāt sound very good. Mids are light, and subbass is not as they say.

Is there anything similar to the OH10 but in lighter/normal weight? I really love the OH10 but the weight is a problem for me for long sessions or when Iām lying down.
