Tokyo Active Neets and Symphonic Active Neets. For friends of Jazz and orchestral music. I recommend to listen to all their stuff. Not one bad song imo.
Look @ZeosPantera what headphones they use below. FOR DIGITAL AUDIO.
I’m gonna wait a bit till the plague dissipates a bit more before I order anything. If I ever get my hands on an SACD transport I’ll order some stuff from CD japan.
You really won’t find these, they will all have a built in dac and no way to output raw dsd, sony made sure these didn’t exist lol (for copy protection reasons). A cd transport exists of course, but I have yet to come across a sacd transport that can output dsd digitally
Ah so I forgot about that one, they actually got permission from sony I think and use a proprietary connector and system so it only works with the accompanying/matching dac they sell, but it won’t output dsd to other components
Yeah it seems each transport I find must be hooked to a proprietary dac
Apparently the psaudio one from a few years ago was a lone exception but even then used their i2s configuration
Well… huh. This gives me something to think about in terms of purchase plan
It will. When the measures against the threat are used to limit the freedoms of the people, and when the government is the only one capable of detecting the threat, it will continue to look for it.
The patriot act was said to be only a temporary measure, but for the next 20 years the government kept finding dangerous terrorist somewhere on the planet. And with this virus being even more of an invisible threat, I don’t expect anything different.
Just as how terrorism was used to make us give up our privacy and accept government surveillance, we’ll be living with covid until it has served its purpose and then we’ll move on to something else.
So don’t hold your breath and just place an order, is what I’d say. Most of these stores and companies are probably in rough enough waters as it is. (Except amazon, of course. Their turnover increased by over 700 billion in the last 4 months so they don’t need your money.)
But, in order to not get too political, here’s another wonderful classic:
