MARTILO & STUDIO 2 REVIEW

Oh damn, it looks really good

I do get a bit nervous when 4-6kHz is the highest point on the pinna  Definitely nice and warm/full through the mids though.

I think you’re gonna enjoy this one @VIVIDICI_111 , though I would personally put it more in the “mid-low” volume category (my usual volume):

I should just get the top pro & call it a day

That definitely looks like a dead DD in the midbass. That’s unfortunate, for sure

I think that’s just Dunu FAFO. It graphs the same, this is the graph from Pulkitz

Yeah, my cope is already dead. It’s just a poor tuning choice

Ya I’m gonna have a field day with this, first the Braindamage, now this Dunu. Any recommendations for a name? I’m thinking the Dunu Vul-Kant listen to this

that looks off.

@VIVIDICI_111 have you asked them (dunu) if this is the correct tuning? wouldnt be the first time the wrong tuning was sent out to reviewers. (Like the SA4 they sent me lol.)

So after listening to it for a bit, I kinda dig it for indie/acoustic/ballads, slower stuff, it’s basically a neutral vocal focused tuning, but run into any hiphop or EDM and you’re fucked lol

Good News / Bad News right there; a specialist is more interesting than Yet Another All-Rounder that’s okay at everything, but that also severely limits the potential buyers. A for effort, I suppose!

I’m just happy it’s not another braindamage lol
