Np man. The grit is ok lol. Better than Anvil tuning wise, but the BCD isn’t doing much. Pretty sure they’re using the same drivers but just tuned and shelled differently.
What in the dip is that lol…how was your listening experience ?
It’s not bad but the treble roll off is definitely noticeable. I’m going to have to really put it head to head but I’m not too adverse to it. I like the extra bass for sure.
I mean, we all have our taste, tbh, but enjoying the bass without any flavour from treble would sound annoying
Probably Europa or Odyssey, although special mentions go to Cadenza 4, Titan S2 and Explorer.
Arcadia & Origin
I love my Odysseys - stellar set for scaling. Europa seems great as well!
@introvertguy solid picks
Happy New Year Guys
hopefully we will find new Shit to drain our wallets…
SuperMix 4
This year has to be the Titans, the Explorers, the Estrellas & the Magic Ones (idk if those came out this year or 23’) but these 4 really put me together this year.
I assume if I had a listen to the Thie Origin, that would of been in there too
For me, the Kiwi Ears Punch is great value.
I liked Ziigaat Estrella a lot too.
Of the more expensive sets I heard, the Penon Voltage was a good mid-centric but well balanced set.
Yeh, the Kiwi Ears Punch are truly solid ones. I really want to get my hands on the Estrella <3. Might be a little biased here, but for me, it was the Fatfreq Deuce
I thought Deuce was great but I sold it pretty shortly after getting it. Estrella is my fave bass set. Curious about Punch tho…
Does the Estrella have more bass?
No. Or not to my ear, but the way the bass is balanced against the rest of the FR is more to my liking. I would say that that Estrella has better bass texture, too. Deuce and Estrella sound quite different in presentation, but I only want/need one bassy set and I preferred Estrella as my bassy set.
