Perfomer 3 sounds like an inferior version of Performer 5 and Performer 8, what it probably is!?
Explorer sounds like somethin new which might be more appealing for some.
But then again, when it is a budget set and a mini performer 5 why not stick with the name for less confusion.

I guess it is Performer3 - 1DD 2BA.
Maybe a budget Performer. Or maybe it’s a marketing ploy to hype up a new IEM called Explorer, but hardly.

Its a 1+2 so it makes sense for the Performer 3 name. Sounds like a Entry into the series is my guess
