Jazz recommendations anyone?

I rediscovered Marcus Miller this last week. Love the electric jazz bass! I’ve been listening to a lot of Christian Mcbride on his double bass, and switching over to an electric bass was a great contrast.

My dark jazz go to, every album is brilliant

Just a quick technical question, how do you embed a youtube video?

Click share on the youtube and paste.

Yeah you don’t have to do anything, just paste the URL (as a new line) and it will “embed” itself.
…if that’s even english.

If you look at my post (post 61) what do you see?

And yes, embed is an English word, of Germanic origin

Try Grant Green Green Street or any one of his albums another guy is Boogaloo Joe Jones

Just a ton of and ( ) 's you don’t need to put there at all.

Thank you. Is there just a link, or is there a video too? For me it’s just a link

Yeah you can edit your message and remove these characters.
Or, people can just click it this time anyway. :stuck_out_tongue:

Sometimes I get this stuck in my head and can’t get rid of it:

You Must Have Been a Beautiful Baby
Conniff Meets Butterfield
Billy Butterfield(tp) and the Ray Conniff Orchestra

First a perfectly good warm and full vinyl rip:

And the official posting. Not sure if the reverb is real or artificial but you hear it better on this version:

Something a little different perhaps. It looks like these are the only two albums streaming, but they have put out five albums total. All are “nerdy” movie/ tv or video game based.
