Yeah I get lost in general with all their names. But yeah I think they’d be a good upgrade but different enough for a comparison. I like my brother in laws pair.

Maybe the DT 1990? more refined detail keeps the beyer sig?

Yeah if he likes the Beyer it’s a easy rec

if you arent opposed to buying used and waiting for a deal the 1990’s can be had for between 400-500. Fairly common as they’re pretty popular

Sundara, 1990, used elex, used lcd 2/edition xx/Ananda might be worth a look

If you get sticker shock the Koss kph30, Sony MDR-7506. Good and cheap, plus won’t leave you yearning on bass like some more proper audiophile stuff may.
The $200 setup that just works and handles gaming is a Schiit Fulla 3 + Sennheiser pc37x.

Ugh I’m trying to top it but I can’t lol.

Trying to top what?

Ha just his bowel pun. Sorry for sidetracking man ha.

Oh you’re all good :+1: thought you were talking about like topping equipment

I’ve been trying to come up with a follow up too. But I really dumped my load with that one.

If such a speaker existed though, do you think @ZeosPantera would still stick his fingers in the ports?

You mean you couldn’t think of “Schiit made its first speaker system, Jotnar. It’s the larger speaker load your amp can handle.”
