The Rinko review is published. Nice on its own with all the bass and mid power and adequate technicalities. But unsavory after the teardown of @hawaiibadboy

Letshuoer x Gizaudio - Galileo has been reviewed at MBA

Letshuoer x Gizaudio Galileo is your call; If you are looking for an elegant, balanced, musical, and clarity loaded iem and have 99 bucks. And a rare sight + giving hope for cooperation’s future. Many collabs merely raised bass shelves and some other parameters as well. This one is an iem, which is built from the scratch. A salute to Erasmus of Antonio Teixeira. His was a fine example of collabrations.

PROS

• Natural

• A hint of warmth

• Clear with a soft touch

• Treble is detailed

• Overloaded with elegance

CONS

• Lack of slam and crispness

• Not suitable for bang bang fans

• Legend below 120 which set the bar for others high

The experience of listening to music while lounging by the pool is something. An extraordinary event for the senses. Cool sensation of the wind on your skin, the aroma of the surrounding wilderness and the water in your nose, and the conscious effort to focus on the music playing in your ears.

But anyway, here we go:

Oriolus Finschi

Sound that is notably hazy, with technical abilities that are above and beyond good. The soundstage is striking for the tuning of 2016. Sky high in a stadium concert, oppressed in a live bar recording and artificial in a studio recording after those two. %40 level of MBA2022 is getting a mid to high volume… But it performs very nicely on other tracks, other than live smooth jazz. It sounds like the low end of the record is where the problem lies. Its midrange capacity is great. In spite of the deep bass, it does an amazing job of bringing the technicalities to the attention of the listener. Wonderful vocal performance too. Their extensions and hardly sensed textures were also due to the large bass strikes. Guitar effects are pretty hard to select in their current state. Plenty of other eartips and a cable I trust will be used in its second impression writeup. I sincerely hope that the poor tip and cable selection is to blame for this sound.

Geek Wold Gk10

The one and only GK10 first impressions time prior to coming GK100 review. Another power demanding set. But better than Finschi in many aspects. Despite all the promises (according to its config) and praises, this one isn’t so elegant in live smooth jazz either. But its 3D imaging rating is great. Extensions as well. The neutral to bright timbre is bringing joy to the table, especially when there are lots of instruments present. The soundfield it puts you in is in the middle of the first line of the audience. Pretty dynamic. I didn’t sense the need to replace its cable and the ear tips. A neutral to bright source looks like what it needs.

Final Audio ZE3000

The TWS are for the enjoyment of the budget audiophile. Okay, its low end is slightly thumpy, and it isn’t supporting LDAC. But the result is a wonderful sound that you will have a hard time believing.Transparency is high, tonality is at a high level, 3D imaging is high, and the soundstage is not huge, but extensions cover it up with vibrato resonances and slight sounds of chattering and eating. Basses affect the delicacy of the jazz band’s performance less than any planar IEM.

TLDR: Are you telling that EW better than EA?
Also, please tell what do you mean by ’ OG ’ tips.
Sorry to sound naive,
Great site you are building BTW. :+1: :+1: :+1:
Regards.

Thanks you for the appreciaton

You are not native, but fresh on the road.
OG means original and its an universal abbreviation.

However, claiming what you have thought would be the actual naiveness. I don’t remember what I have written in that review, but EW was offering more than EA to me.

thank you for such a prompt response and clarification. If someone has the EA shall it be a pragmatic decision to own the EW also?
with best regards

If that someone was only a regular dude, I’d say no. But if that dude was thinking of reviewing hella good iems from a Chinese brand, the answer is yes.

“ The expected comparison. The EW100P is dubbed as the little brother of the EA500, and It truly deserves that statement. I heard a low end loaded soundscape at EA, but EW has more elegant playback without any bass bungs. Soundstage widths are roughly the same. Clarity wise EA is two notch below EW. But having a more than two notches clearer approach is what makes the EW winner.”

Letshuoer DZ4 is reviewed at MBA. Pretty nice for the driam of a sub 100 (price isn’t declared yet, but they’ll be meager,I suppose) iem, which does everything equally.

TL:DR___

PROS_

Whole bunch of technical details

Instrument separation

Soundstage

Capacity to cover the whole range

CONS_

Nothing to note of unless I deliberately act subjective on negative bias

KZ Krila is reviewed at MBA by Chris. Check his usually meticulous review below. But enter the review after reading his reply to the Uber killer claims. :arrow_down_small:

"## Is it worth the asking price?

This must be a trick question I’m asking myself? I will keep this section pretty short because I absolutely believe the Krila is worth every penny. What a tremendous iem at the price of $17 dollars. You have a nice build, a great minimalist design that looks cool and a very vibrant, dynamic and detailed sound that provides an excellent listening session if that’s what you are into. Folks, let me repeat for the 50th time, this set is $17. Do I need to say it again? My biggest question for myself would not be if this is worth the price. The real question should be, “Is the KZ Krila the under $20 King?” For many it will be and in my opinion, it probably is. At least from what I have heard. Also, wait three months when KZ out classes this set.

Now, obviously there will be folks who don’t enjoy this set. If any of you are even close to being sensitive to shout, then I’d say maybe keep walking. Or if you are a basshead who adores big and plump low-ends that vibrate your nose hairs, maybe this isn’t the set for you. For anyone else on a budget or anyone curious, this is one of the easiest no brainers out there. This set can compete with pricier iems in a few metrics, namely in the details department. At least with sets up to about $50 or even more, especially in technicalities. Possibly the BA timbre will scare some folks off, but I don’t find it to be too noticeable as KZ did well to hide it as much as possible. All in all, the Krila is a stud at this price and I find it one of the best under $20 iem that I’ve heard. Surely we will see a better iteration of this soon, we can hope anyways."

Shanling Sono 2+1 is reviewed at MBA. Go for the safe tuning needs. However, its not playing that relaxed as other with safe tunings such as Truthear Hola and Tin Hifi P1 Max.

PROS__

• Bass (resolution depends on the nozzle)

• Detail projection

• Good separation in congested moments

• Relatively safe tuning with both nozzles

• No sibilance

• Easy to drive

• Comfortable for the ear

CONS__

• More than slight variations with nozzles (funny, it can be a pro at the same time)

• Not being able to be slamming with the fun nozzle

• Not able to reach excellent levels in any specs. It had given me the promise of being another Hexa

HIFIMAN Svanar Wireless is reviewed at MBA, by Pietro :arrow_down_small:

" I start by saying that they are W-shaped, energetic, natural, and very musical. The low frequencies have a very good extension without being intrusive. The mids and highs are even more amazing. Nothing feels recessed at all! We are beyond imagination in terms of sound quality. They are true high-fidelity wireless IEMs designed for an audiophile audience. The technological solutions used, as well as the final result, demonstrate this. "

Pros:

• Build quality and materials are exceptional

• Premium charging case

• 8 sets of tips

• W – Shape

• Built in DAC R2R Himalaya

• Excellent separation and imaging

• Natural timbre

• Nice bass and sub-bass

• Wireless Charging

• Really good soundstage

• 3 different modes: Hifi/ANC/Transparency

• LDAC, AAC, SBC

Cons:

• Really small tips included

• Non-original tips are fine up to size M and must be for small nozzles

• Fit can be tricky ( nozzle is really short)

• No App

• No Aptx support

• The quality of the connection varies according to the device to which they are connected

• No volume adjustment

• No travel bag for the charging case

Hidizs MP145 has been reviewed at MBA, by Chris Love.

“ Hidizs MP145

(Reg MSRP $199) (Early Bird Kickstarter $109:point_down::point_down::point_down:)

14.5mm Planar Magnetic Driver

Full written review link: https://mobileaudiophile.com/in-ear-earphones-iem-iems-reviews/mp145-review/

What a joy this has been. I have had the pleasure of spending quite a lot of time with a very well done planar iem from the audio company Hidizs which goes by the name of “Hidizs MP145”. I’m sure many of you have seen this set advertised around social media by now and I’m sure you’ve seen the Kickstarter campaign and cooperative effort with the WDC “Whale and Dolphin Conservation”. Friends, there is a lot to unpack but if I were to bottle it all up in one word I do believe that word may be… “Wow”. From the exemplary and exceptional build quality to the equally exceptional design the Hidizs MP145 will not disappoint. Still its greatest asset is its ability to replay music. The MP145 is a very well tuned iem that should make quite a few waves in the community.

I will leave the sound impressions for the review as I spent quite a lot of time on it but I will briefly state that the MP145 can flat-out compete with any planar out there within its price point and even above that in my opinion. In my review I try to speak on the sound in a way that makes sense to me and hopefully to you. I add in a couple comparisons as well as give some unique (to me) ratings as well. I want to thank the good people of Hidizs along with Bella, Rainie & Zoie for being very upfront and helpful. I do hope you click the link if the MP145 sounds like a set that makes sense for your life and I thank you in advance for that. Every click of the link is very helpful and always means a lot. Have a Great rest of your week everyone, stay safe and God Bless.

Comparisons: TangZu Zetian-Wu / Letshuoer S12 Pro

MP145 Pros:fire::fire::fire:

-WDC Partnership
-Price to performance (especially at the early bird price)
-Exceptional Build Quality
-Gorgeous Design Aesthetic
-Accessories are all very nice
-Tuning nozzles which do help to change up the sound
-Macro-dynamics for days
-Transient attack/decay
-Thick authoritative Bass (darn near basshead depending on tuning options)
-Lush and detailed midrange
-Snappy treble with great extension
-Soundstage is enormous
-Crazy Layering ability

MP145 Cons🥶

-These earphones are enormous, they may not work for smaller ears
-Fit may be an issue
-Needs Burn-in (my opinion)
-The earhooks don’t exactly always go behind my ears
-Honestly, I can’t think of another “Hard Con”

A con that can be added is the use of Kickstarter for a finished and fully developed product.

Another one is the shady deal with WDC: no details, and the fact that Kickstarter doesn’t allow this kind of thing as an excuse.

100% More shady Hidizs Marketing
If if the product is good spoiles it by pushy campaigns.

I dont think any real money will ever benefit any Whales with the statement “Will determine the contribution after the campaign.”
