The LP dac will likely get reviews around the written review world in time. The LP amp got reviewed a lot and is well regarded, so Iā€™m sure the dac will be of interest to many. The LS may or may not. Donā€™t know.

I just see it as him asking the question and nothing to do with your post prior. I would say with your post you stated your opinion about it, but you didnā€™t do a full on review of it. I think it was just bad timing is all.

I donā€™t feel a full review is warranted here honestly. Itā€™s a solid $100 dac that aesthetically matches the liquid spark amp. Not bad at all, not gonna blow anyoneā€™s mind, just a solid, cheap, good looking (imo) dac. No need to yammer on for a half hour about it.

if you agree the Spark amp is warm, what are your first thoughts on the Spark DAC performance?

I feel the spark has a mild touch of warmth, yes. The dac MAY make that touch of warmth just a little bit more warm. Thatā€™s about it. Itā€™s a solid performer for $100.

Curious if it pairs better to the spark than the D10. I do like the way the stack looks though.

for a more balannced setu I assume the d10 is a better pairing as many woont want to get the stack too warm. I on the other hand welcom warmth and will check them out when they cross the brrder on canadian amazon
