Some friends were talking about my on-going generosity to this community in another thread. Life is simple if you pay it forward. Now I got the chance to own these and finally set the score thanks to the forum MVP, the backstage Santa, the man, @Sonofholhorse. A huge thank you.
As regarding the set itself, my memory wasnt that blured. For those who don’t know the story, the Mests and U12t were my first contact with higher end sets. Back then, I found some flaws on my very limited demo experience, that still hold true to this day. But at the same time, what it does best, I also can appreciate it more nowadays.
