That’s the worst part. You get to enjoy the music but, for example, you don’t get much time to find new music and listen to your favourites! But that’s changing, which I’m happy about.

I think I’ve heard things about that IEM. Seems a good one!

I’m gonna short my reviews, especially the cheaper ones. Spending hours or days everytime I wanna review somethig is not feasable and leads to leave stuff undone. I have a bunch of “half done” reviews I need to finish.

I’m trying to focus at least above 100USD, but ideally around and above 300.

Ok I’m almost done with sales but I still have one or two tricks down my sleeve.

Been giving most of stuff away during my journey, but now I’m the one in neeed - cover up some unexpected expenses that came out of the blue. I’m trying to get sources out before sets, but it is what it is.

Let me know if someone wants a bro deal on something along the lines of:

  • Cayin N3 Pro + Green leather case
  • Oblivious B1
  • Xduoo MT-602
  • Blur PK32 earbud (SOLD)
  • Etymotic ER2XR
  • If someone wants to grab my Kinda Lava (universal resin) I can think about it

PM me if you’re interested so we can get you a bro deal. If someone needs beaters (cheaper sets) let me know, that’s still free or sent with other stuff that you buy.

I’m always incredibly thankful that individuals like yourself take your personal time to help this community. We all owe our sincerest thanks to you and the review members here. Especially for your personal interactions with my us. I’m almost a year into my journey too and don’t think I could ever make the time commitment individuals like you do. No idea where’s I’d be in my journey if I hadn’t found this community of amazing enthusiasts.

Thanks for the kind words, means a lot! This comunity helped to start off, so it’s my duty to give back as much as I can. I try to always leave places better than I found it, or at least at the same level.

If I ever got a dap I feel like it would be the N3 pro. That portable tube option sounds really neat! Good luck with the sales!

I freaking love N3 Pro. Even the Solid State sounds the best I’ve tried on a DAP

How solid is the wheel/knob on the N3 pro? I have heard it is suspect, could be a weak point? Looks awfully appealing to me.
God Bless,
Wayne

I’ve had zero problems so far and it’s very responsive. I’ve also never heard any sounds from the tube on the move, which is great (i use daps while moving and the solo reason im parting with it, as I will now be wfh). Drop me a message if you interested!

Finally xinhs 4 core graphene arrived to me. What a pair it is with Mest. Soundstage, clarity, bass and treble are obviously so, so much exactly the same as with cheaper Kbear copper cable. But it looks and feels great <3

On top of that Xelastec tips arrived so those could replace some barrel Tea’s tips (@lilhm thanks for doubling down on the recommendation to try them out in the end even though the price is not necessarily the lowest). Sound is very balanced, but the fit and seal is immediately on the another level. Easily my top one choice at the moment from that perspective, the only thing that sucks is that they gather all the dust and dirt from around where I keep them.

That cable is still on my top 2 of Xinhs fav cables. Amazing feel and weight! Also looks chef’s kiss.

The Xelastic have that problem, and that’s why everyone moved to Azla Crystal. If you dont mind washing them etc, I can send you my set to try out :cookie:

Shit, so I am yet another step behind everyone? I heard that crystals do not have such great grip as xelastecs somewhere and that was why I went with them. The price difference of 10 bucks did not help either

This is the most polish comment ever :joy: :joy: :joy:

I will send you my set on next shipment so you can try it out. Just make sure to wash it before returning.

@pylaczynski glad if you like them. Actually I didn’t have much of a problem with dirt and dust that many people complain about, but I did pay super extra special attention and care so that they don’t touch anything besides my inner ear

@nymz from what I understand the crystals don’t have the shape shifting property of the xelastecs. Is this incorrect? Also congratz and crossing of your #1 bucket list item. Would love to try them as well, but the reports about bad fit kept me from blind buying them instead of the Mest. Also I personally have very bad experiences with unvented IEMs.

Thanks! Yeah, I wanted to demo it to find what the fit and magic was all about. Glad I did. I think it is vented?

Regarding crystal, they also mold, just not as much as Xelastic. They are very alike but to me, crystal have better sound on uppermids/treble where the predecessors were kinda funky. Also they stick but dont get glued to everything, everytime.

Thanks for clearing up my confusion about the crystals then

In regards to the vents, here is a guy who claims it isn’t: SONY IER-Z1R | Page 168 | Headphone Reviews and Discussion - Head-Fi.org

There is no vent of any kind with the IER-Z1R.

But then again I have read a lot of wrong claims about these kind of things by individuals or even more well known reviewers on the internet. If you can confirm/deny, it would be appreciated :+1:

What’s your favorite Xhins cable?
