I was hoping to buy the teas with the cyber monday sale, but I feel a bit turned off by records of the new updates. I donāt know if I should wait until igorās comparison since it might be after monday sale on linsoul. Do yaāll still rec the tea even with the reports of the new tuning?

As much as it breaks my heart, Iād pick something else, to be honest. I doubt they ever come back to what they were. It doesnāt feel itās just some random qc problems but rather a revision.

I understand you canāt rec them because you havenāt tried the ānew versionā, but saying they wonāt come backā¦ Letās give mangird a little trust: maybe the changes arenāt that bad. Maybe the changes make it even better? Maybe the changes arenāt audible? Noone can tell before having compared.

Itās clearly audible. People calling it bright and shouty since august. Itās clearly audible and you can see it in the graphs.
We can always hope, of course. Only thing is still free

Maybe someone who has both a Tanchjim Tanya/Oxygen and the ānewā Teas can try applying a filter on the nozzle?
It works well on the DQ6ā¦

Iām looking now for tea āalternativesā and am interested in the Audio Hekilis as BGGAR recād them saying he likes them over the teas. Iām not sure, though, if I should pull the trigger on them as I can only find Chrisā impressions of them. If anyone here has tried them, could you briefly review them or compare them to the teas? Thanks

I didnāt have the chance yet or anyone that I know, so you gotta wait for other opinions. Given @hawaiibadboy opinion and having owned lokahi, Iād say it can be very legit. I loved Lokahi apart from BA timbre. Still think itās one of the best picks for the price and if someone can get it for the old price/used.

Iām not, but I will buy Monarch MK2 and finish shopping. The graphics are excellent and everything shows that it is suitable for my library + almost universal !! I didnāt like Monarch OG because of the lack of middle bass and not very good speed + some problems with the connectors (I havenāt listened to it, but everyone comments like that)! I placed an order for Escalibur, but I turned it down. We have a saying: " ŠŠ°ŃŠ¾ Šµ Š³Š°ŃŠ³Š°, Š“Š° Šµ ŃŠ¾ŃŠ°Š²Š°" - no translation

On another note, I received my hzsound heart mirror today. I spent more then an hour listening to them with the already fitted black tipsā¦ What a shitty start it was!! I was thinking the set is too short, something is off. Then I changed to the white Eartips, and the set is saved! But now I have to listen toy whole test playlist againā¦

Regarding HMā¦ Iāve been very busy with work and now Iām back to office after almost 2 years, so everything is upside down. I love HM. Iāll make sure to post my impressions but Iāve been loving some aspects of it. For those that like modding or EQ, itās a budget heaven!
PS: tape the back vent close to the noozle and try it like crin would say āfuck you, bassā

Hi, just arrived to the iem world through the mele and i m just amazed! Had no idea we could get a nice sound like that from in ears! Started reading about it because of all the time i spent with shitty buds not hearing any bass!
Right now from everything i read i thought the teas could be a good next level pair to get, i use a lot the meles outside walking the dog etc, but would love a nicer pair to listen at home and really enjoying the music. The thing is i normally listen with a small dac from my phone, the ibasso 03. These better pairs like the teas or variations (might be my teas substitutes because of the new sound signature) are probably overkill for this setup, right?

Can you tell us what you like about your Mele and what are is you library like? Your I basso should be more than enough to power most stuff, so donāt worry much about that, at least for now
