if you are truly desperate, then trying to remove the faceplate and gluing from the inside should fix it.
But this is a bit risky, you need to heat the shell up to melt the glue that is holding the faceplate together with the body (using a hair dryer for example). Then pry it open using a sharp knife.
hmm. are you using the right 2pin cable connector? looks like the female socket is a 0.78mm connector, so if you are using a male 0.78mm connector and its loose, maybeeee u could fix it by trying a 0.75mm cable…
Well, I guess it depends on the reviewer. There are two. The last two who say very realistic things which I then check for myself and I agree.
I don’t have the feeling that they have economic interests behind them as is the case with many rankings or reviewrs.
I don’t know how desperate you are but you can for example use adapter to MMCX and tiny tiny bit of soldering tin to fix it permanently to the female socket. This way you could still swap cables, though I would suggest using ones without preformed earhooks
Other scenario is using small pliers on the male pins on the cable and bend them a little toward each other to make them fit “tighter”. It is permanent damage to the cable though and if you are not careful you could snap the pin
If you mean that the cable keeps sliding out of the socket and not that the connector housing loose you only have two directions that I’m aware of: 1) Use some kind of adhesive to hold the cable in place or 2) Replace the two pin connector.
If you have the soldering skills you can crack open your IEMs, purchase a new 2 pin femal connector from somewhere like AliExpress, and replace it yourself.
Looks really, really decent from measurement standpoint, but also almost exactly same as Moondrop Dawn which has same chips, is for 20$ less and has an app.
You loose 3.5mm port, buttons and the cable is Integrated as well OTOH.
Also with Space you get this misalignment of the port axis in the horizontal plane or at least the bottom of the port aligned would work, but there is none, nada…
Same was with the M15 and it made my eyes cry everytime.
I know it is due to the female port part design, but there MUST be some line of ports of the same electronics components manufacturer, where they keep the distance of the axis of port from the board for both 3,5mm and 4,4mm the same…
