Our life is a mess. We can’t even visit him because our daughter keeps getting some stomatch virus and we caught Covid during an ER rush lol. She’s fine, but there’s blood from time to time. Oh well…

Well, I can at least help you remove some candidates there.
Those being the RE800, MS5 and the Onyx and likely the FH7S and the FH9.
I have yet to hear the Hype and Canon 2, but I rly love the TOP and I bet it’s the “best” out of the three.

Graphs don’t always tell the whole story, and the treble looks quite different.
From the information of how fitting of iems go for him I think he should seriously invest in some form of custom tips in multiple nozzle sizes to get the best impressions he could get for himself on any of his reviews.
Has been a while since I’ve heard the Mele.
From memory, z300 is better in every way maybe just not upper mids and its fit. The extension of z300 put Mele out of reach
Your memory is spot on.
They are very close on most of the rest. If you have Mele, you could skip the Z300, and be fine.
