I think waiting for black friday or 11/11 is better.
There is a lot of stuff coming out right now, so by then hopefully we have “weeded out” the bad stuff and the good stuff is left.
LZ A7 is coming very soon too.

Lots of buds this time lol, curious to see what you think about them
My hands (or rather, ears lol) will be full with the A7. 10 sound configs lol, or 28 if I am crazy enough to add my LZ A6 filters.
lol, I already spent way too much time taking the pictures. Now I am in audio heaven listening to the A7.
Enjoy buddy…
My LZ A7 book (review) is finally done! https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/lz-a7.24656/reviews#item-review-24381

Enjoy, and have fun reading the 6.5k words review.
Nice review!
The POP-RED is essentially an upgraded FH3[…]
Damn. I haven’t had the FH3 long enough to think about upgrading, but this might be the way I go… later.
Thanks, it definitely was a surprise when I heard it!
The FH3 was the one iem I expect it to sound the least similar to lol. (Based on the driver config and on the previous A6.)

Bass is amazing. Mids and treble are also pretty good. But the tonality can be a tiny bit too warm, treble air isnt as good as on the MX500.
(They pretty much trade treble air for bass quantity/quantity.)
And is pretty much inferior to the Yincrow while having a very similar signature (bass/treble extension is better on the X6) at around the same price too.
Build is a little bit rough, so its a bit uncomfortable.
Less air than the NiceHCK MX500 but similar bass.
The build is tiny so I am not getting a very good fit. But nothing really wrong with it and tonality/timbre is great as expected from an earbud.
Budget Bell-LB with worse extension on both treble/bass and worse SQ/technicalities (warmer than the Bell-LB though since the treble extension is much worse and with less air). Value is great if you can get it at the 2 usd price, but at 10 usd?
Cant rec it at that price since there are others that are better.
Bass-boosted neutral
Bass is spectacular, both quality AND quantity are very good on it. Mids and treble are not compromised by the bass either and are very tonally correct and with great timbre.
First bud I have heard with a bass that is this comparable to iems without it killing everything else.
I will do a full review of this sooner or later, but this is a big rec from me. (credits to antdroid for recing this in the first place.)
Hi, could you do a short compare between the moondrop kxxs and fiio fh3, i have a nice deal of the kxxs( just 90 dollars ), little confused now
The FH3 sounds much better in every way including the timbre lol.
(besides, the Starfield is near identical to the KXXS and is at 110 usd normally, so the 90 usd deal for the KXXS isnt as big as you think.)
I just compare to the new price in the amazon which is 180 usd, thought i got a nice deal
Nope, lol.
what sounds like these final E3000 (for when i upgrade to higher price)… they sound amazing too me, maybe its the dac in my DAP being better than my usb dongle dac or the low impedence or what but there is more impact and color to the sound while still sounding as warm and comfortable as my 58X
2020-10-02: Yincrow X6 review is up: https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/yincrow-x6.22393/reviews#item-review-24443

Nr 1 earbud rec at the moment (even more so for iem users).
Will probably get the RW-9 during 11/11 as that is said to be the X6 upgrade.
My candidate list right now for 11/11:
Yincrow RW-9
Shuoer Tape 2
Shanling AE3
Hi, can you suggest any good earbud around 150-200$? Using an in-ear now, wanna try new kind of earphone
If you want earbuds I suggest you try some in the 0-10 usd range first. As diminishing returns hit earbuds extremely quickly and the 0-10 usd range earbuds are actually very good.
I say you can try the NiceHCK DIY MX500 and the Yincrow X6.
Both use the shell called “MX500” but that should be the shell that fits the most people.
