I have seen too many horror stories like that…and you are lucky if they say “ok” after you sent them a video. Some people have said that the seller is saying that you are lying to them even with the video lol.

Yeah, I asked step by step. Chose the materials and colors available to match. I wanted black but he said only had dark grey with very good quality so I tought, why not?
He’s also doing a custom adaptor, exactly like the cable to convert the 4.4mm to 3.5mm while looking good. Because if it looks good, sounds good, right?
Graphene cable is getting delivered on monday, can’t wait on that custom too

Straight black 4.4mm. Used to prefer angled but now im not so sure. Xinhs wants to change it to gold (for better quality) like the photo below. Not sure about that…
Maybe it would still be a good match with that pretty distressed black hardware on the gold cable.

2021-08-03: Yincrow RW-100 VS Apple Airpods 2019
(Borrowed the Airpods from my little sister)
Setup:
RW-100 (PC setup, Asgard 3 + Topping E10)
Airpods (mobile, LG G7, Bluetooth)
Sub-bass: Extends lower and rumbles a lot more on the RW-100, punch quantity is a lot higher on the RW-100 but similar speed, tightness and texture.
Mid-bass: The Airpods are a lot cleaner due to the faster/tighter bass along with more texture but more quantity on the RW-100.
Mids: Female vocals are better on the Airpods, due to the tonality being brighter and cleaner (no bass bleed on them unlike the RW-100) but also more natural with the timbre. Male vocals are also better on the Airpods due to the bass bleed bottlenecking (unclean) the RW-100 as well as more natural timbre on the Airpods. Similar quantity though.
Treble: similarly non-peaky but cleaner and airier sound on the Airpods, although tonality is somewhat similar, just that the Airpods sounds like they removed a blanket covering the drivers.
Tech: Wider soundstage on the Airpods but a bit deeper and more holographic on the RW-100. Detail, imaging, instrument separation and timbre are better on the Airpods.
Overall: The Airpods are more of an “audiophile” tuning than the RW-100 and made it look bad….
Comment on the Airpods: Well, I admit. They are actually better…a lot better than I expected (then again, I expected garbage from them since I don’t exactly like Apple lol).
Are they worth the price? For sound, no. There are better earbuds out there for sound, but if you want the convenience of wireless, then yes. I say they are worth it.
(FIY: They are more similar to earbuds than iems.)

Is Apple a “good” company, not in my opinion. The junk they pull going out of their way to screw over their own customer base is enough to never get my support.
Do I own Apple products, yes. Any company with the development budget of Apple would have to be seriously inept to not be able to create some good things.
I own their tablets because well nothing gets remotely close in quality. Their laptops are junk and I would only use one of them if I had to for a specific program or some reason like that since I am almost certain they design in defects with how many stupid killer issues they have with them and then to have the basic policy to just junk the whole thing instead of fixing it and possibly saving precious data is just so amazingly awful.
To be fair really there are very few good companies who wouldn’t screw over their customers for 2% better returns on their stock price.

Excellent, if it is good then I will probably get it, and if it is not hopefully there will be a few discounted regular zen’s used for cheap from people getting the pro because the “pro must be better”
I am more excited for the Falcon Pro since I actually know a few things about it while I have zero info on the Zen Pro.

The Falcon is their mid range line, right? Zen is their flagship single DD.
Wait I forgot the released or are releasing the Luna or something that is like 2x the zen’s price.
Their old Falcon-C was a 220 usd iem. So definitely cheaper than the Zen.
I just saw a promotional pic of the Falcon pro looks really nice. I think I like the slight bean shape more the the circle shape on the zen.
Wow that Titan is striking, but really not sure how that would feel/fit. Dunu does have style in their designs without the need to use flashy colors.
