Funny you should mention that right after that other Diablo-X post - I see xMEMS, my first thought is “Hmm, could this be used in reverse to make smaller more sensitive microphones that are easier to hide in all kinds of everyday devices that we don’t really want microphones in?”.

I have zero clue if this is new or not but I have not seen these before on aliexpress. The Hakugei Anunachi have a really pretty design in my opinion at least from the promotional pictures. Also seems like we are going all the back to Sumerian gods for the naming scheme.

I have been seeing these on Ali for the last week or so and I’m not going to lie, they’re interesting. If that graph is legit, then it might be a winner. Especially with that lucky voice cable.
Sorry breaking it to you, MEMS microphones are already common for some years now. Developing tech for microphones and transducers isn’t exactly the same, even if they feel like two sides of the same coin.
