Well, stax has competition in their lower end by koss and in their higher end by kingsound, hifiman, mrspeakers, Sonoma/Warwick, senn, and other smaller brands

I also had the issue with the headband being almost too big on the smallest setting. Someone suggested turing the mechanisms inside out and pushing the strap through the metal headband and then connecting them on the outside. If that makes sence. I did it and solved the problem for me

I had to use them on the smallest to fit me, they were to big for my wife. Now on that setting with about 5mm gap its perfect for me and fit my wife now on the smallest setting

Did try wet forming the leather but didnt work. Liked the look of the Meze Emporeum and the way it contours but couldn’t get the leather to for as I wanted

Its not ideal, but for now it works. Want to get a custom piece of leather made thats just a bit smaller so that I can change it back lol
