šŸ”¶ Sendy Aiva

so what would the sound difference be between the Sendy Aiva and the other considered knockoffs like the BLON B20, Monolith M570, or the Sivka

I remember z reviews really liking those headphones back in the day and I just realized that they have a $120 discount in massdrop at the moment. I currently own a pair of 1990 pros and Iā€™m toying with the idea of buying new open back headphones. How do they fair against the 1990ā€™s?

how much to you like a somewhat aggressive high end?

This is a good question. Also, SIVGA P-II are 95% Sendy Aiva if you want a save a bit of money.

I have learned to put up with it because of my 1990ā€™s but if Sendy Aiva sound similar to them then I donā€™t think I have a need for them. I would like something warmer to complement my 1990ā€™s.

I found the aivas at least the variant s I have tried to have more agressive treble then the likes of a 1990

Yeah I donā€™t think I would want that. To me the 1990ā€™s are on the edge of how forward and aggressive I would ever desire treble to be.

Can we get this moved to the official Sendy Aiva thread?

Is this a good counterpart for Audioquest Nighthawk? Can these be run just on an Ifi zen dac?

I use ifi Zen Can with Zen dac. But you can use just Zen dac, but these headphone will benefit from better amp

Got it. Thanks for responding

Ride Cymbal?

Sendy has come out with a 2021 revision of the Aiva if anyone is interested. They apparented fixed the comfort and there is a slight change / improvement to the sound. Price is pretty much the same

I live in Hong Kong and I can find information about the 2021 version on local online retailers. However no information about it yet on sendyā€™s website.

Drop just listed the Aivaā€™s again so maybe they are the new edition maybe not. I honestly have no idea if they are the newest edition or not, but it might be worth looking at. Hope this helps.

Hello Iā€™m hoping someone can help me.
So my cable dor my sendy aiva broke and i want to buy a new one as this is the only pair of headphones I currently have. Iā€™ve searched everywhere but they are either sold out, dont have them or really expensive. I saw they sold the sigva cables on aliexpress and Iā€™m wondering if i can use those or if theres any other alternative?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any cable that has a 2.5mm HP termination will do I believeā€¦the other end is up to youā€¦cheap enough on Amazon tooā€¦
