Lol. Still trying this 4x passthrough. Not sure if it’s going to mess too much with the sound quality. But it’s perfect for A/B/C/Ding cans without plugging/unplugging so we’ll see how it goes.
Heh. I got a Corpse Cable to go with my Elex for just that reason. Still would like to dye one of those Focal “purses” black to complete the theme, but the standard RIT procedure involves soaking fabrics in water, and I don’t envision good things coming of that. 
UPDATE: just contacted their support to beg them to offer a black case already, lol.

Nice. I’ve found their support to be pretty good. They just emailed me today saying they’ll replace one of the pads for free (one came in damaged). Could have given me both pads but I’ll take what I can get.
Would you recommend Corpse Cables? I’ve seen them before and have been interested, but I’ve never heard feedback from someone who owns them.

I actually have a 4.4mm bal corpse cable, and it’s really nice, was around 100 bucks. It isn’t the most flexible but I do like it for what it is

Pretty much 2nd what @M0N said. Mine is 2.5mm balanced. It’s pretty heavy and thick, not super flexible, but very well built and a nice cable overall. It’s very similar to Moon Audio Black Dragon, but less expensive.
My favorite cables have been supple braids like Forza Audioworks Claire and ZMF 2K, but the Corpse Cable checks all of my most important boxes: solid build, zero microphonics, and sharp looks. So, yeah, would recommend.

Still looking to upgrade my open backs at some point and step up from the SR60i. I’ve got my eye on the Sundara. Probably not until closer to my birthday or Christmas though. I guess I’ll have to be content for now. But what will I listen to?!?! Might upgrade IEMs at some point too but for now I’m enjoying the Shozy 1.1.

I don’t know… If you got crazy with something like a matching amp and headphone set of the Orpheus or Steve Guttenburg or M0N makes it a point to check out your setup and leave with nothing but praise, THEN it’s time to stop buying stuff.

Honestly, I’m very happy with my setup right here. However, there are 2 things I want to buy down the line. A Topping D50s dac and Adam A5X (oh and Fostex TH909, but for those i would have to win the lottery…)

Just saw this, since they were a 1 off custom headphone we wanted to use ZMF headband since they’re so sturdy but opted for an audeze because we werent able to source one. Eudis did install the headband for me when he was building the headphone.
Driver was also from an x00, so it pretty much sounds like a better x00 with similar bass to ebony. Im working on getting some TH900 Drivers to upgrade them and make it a true endgame.
That was cool of him. I wonder if the new blue plate cover is meant to turn the Boralis into a Australis? Since that headphone seems to be so popular. Dont know if theres more tuning involved.
