@Veritas, If I’m seeing the picture correctly your RCA cables are inserted “backwards” In your DAC my friend.

I remember reading from the company that the tag side goes towards the source. Although I’ll shut up now before letting too many snakes out of the can =D

The arrows show the opposite direction though. Re-read the stupid thing. You spent good $$$ at least get them to point the right way. That backwards electron flow may be highs missing… Also, the USB, I see what you did there… I tried one of those too

I did not care much for the very flat style of USB. I got a long one for a particular connection and can’t bend it the way I need it to go. That annoys me. Also the stupid thing has an awkward bend in it from the factory which gets my OCD eyeball twitching at times. It’s hanging in one of my closet’s currently collecting dust…
Man, I was placed on full blast today. At least my cables are going in the right direction now, so I suppose it was worth it.

Well IEM endgame is close at hand. Might switch out the hugo for a DAP of a similar price but the IEMs are static for now.

That is some serious stuff you got there and it beats a lot of desk set-up’s, in both sound and value.
It will be hard to find a better solution, without totally breaking the bank.

Earsonic Graces - Pretty much daily driver. Easy listening high technicality awesomeness. @M0N just picked up a pair, and from what I gather is enjoying them a lot.
Hyla Sarda - Fun IEMs. Crystal clear, great bass, good imaging, primarily used for fun and games.
Jomo Flamenco - Reference, detail, fun.
Final B3 - Great all rounder for on the go.
