Has anybody else encountered discomfort with the ear pads after an extended listen? I wore these for my gaming session last night and half way in, the pads started to create pressure on the tops of my ears. I have a slew of ZMF pads, but I tend not to pad roll unless absolutely necessary.
I started pad rolling and so far the sound changes are dramatic. The one pad that really helped warm the
sound up and bring back the mids, but at the expense of the treble is the Dekoni Beyerdynamic Fenestrated Lambskin pads. But, I have yet to find a pad that retains the stock sound signature (or as close to it as possible).
The Dekoni pads are just leather on foam, so I think youâd need something thicker like ZMFâs perforated suede or maybe even the suede hybrid on the Auteur pads.
I am using a pair of suede auteur at the moment and they sound pretty good too. Not like stock obviously, but still pretty good.

Yes and yes. I canât stand the stock pads. I took a nice broken in pair of Sendy Pads everything is normal.
How would you compare the Sivga to the Aiva?
So far, the ZMF Suede Auteur are pretty damn good on these. The treble drops only a touch, nothing drasticâŠand the mids seem like they are more there. interestingâŠI will need more time with these pads to really critically listen.
I ordered some of the Sendy perforated pads to see how those go.

Ok, so I ordered a pair of Sendy Aiva perforated pads, ZMF Oval Suede and ZMF Universe Perforated Suede. I emailed ZMF and those were the recommendations. Iâll report back once I receive and test these pads out.
Just saw these today on Zeos Twitch stream. hes got em! and weâre gonna get a review!

You know one thing i noticed in that twitch stream is the pads on the Sivga are like the Aiva but they seem thicker, or deeper. the Aivas are considered aggressive. so if it has more soundstage its not so aggressive. non perforation would give it more bass. and its a little warmer so the treble is not so high. it seems like Sivga is trying to make their version more commercial.
I feel that they are the same size. they may look thicker since the those were brand new? either way, they are definitely not comfortable, at least on me as the inner pad material seems to put pressure on the top of my ears.
I actually think the perforated Sendy pads probably will sound better on these then the stock Sivga. But, I am looking forward to the ZMF Oval Suede and ZMF Universe Perforated Suede that I ordered as well.
