Well I guess the launch of Moonlight is a success, he just posted an update on the site saying that âDue to exorbitant number of orders, Moonlight will take estimated 7-9 business days from order to shippingâ.

The design is so special! Good idea for a gift.
Received mine this afternoon, will post more tomorrow, but first impressions are excellent. Seems to be a clear improvement on the already really good Starry Night in every respect. They appear to be extremely sensitive to the amp and DAC choice, i was baffled by the difference between my Burson C3R and my E70V + A90D stack.

Yeah, I have been switching back and forth between my Soloist 3XP and my Gjallarhorn mono blocks as well. The effect on the sound is very apparent. The genre of music also plays a part as well.

I also still have to try my L70 amp with them as well.
Sam Smith sounds amazing when powering Moonlight with the mono blocks though

Switching my Bifrost 2/64 in to NOS mode actually makes a more noticeable difference than it did before when paired with the Gjallarhorns powering the Moonlight. Now I am going to have to do more mixing an matching of gear with Moonlight

What a beauty. The slight jankiness in the build of the Starry Night is history. And the sound so far easily keeps what the looks are promising.

Imaging to me is comparable to the hd6xx IMO.
Bass is okay
I do think it is a very clean sounding headphone nothing sounds muddy.
There are things in songs I am use to hearing and I didnât hear them which made the song sound off to me.
Bubbles from Yosi H. The beginning of the song I felt like I was missing some of the bounces.
I like it more than my Dan Clark aeon open x but not as much as my t60 argons.
This is all just my opinion and YMMV
This all might change as I spend more time with the headphone.

I lost all sound in the left ear cup and the headphone jack wouldnât sit tight. Took the headphone apart to find the jack is pressure fit but itâs not holding even after pushing the jack back in.
Could you post pictures by any chance? Any resolve yet
