Heard many good things about the O2.
The fit seems the only issue.
The Prism solved the fit issue accdg to some reviews, but it is $600.
Hope they release a O2 v2 with the better fit.

What do you think about the oxygen in terms of @Resolution vs ur favorite hybrid tea

I’ll read his mind: “don’t make a father choose between his two children. Get both” :joy:

Lol i know that he is a good father but his name is @Resolution so he need to be Fair and tell us which one have better @Resolution

I think I saw him say that the tea was his favorite in this price bracket. Pretty sure I also saw him say that the oxygen has better timbre (being single dd). Best wait on him to verify though since I have goldfish memory. If you are too lazy to wait just read through the tea thread, that’s where I saw him make those posts (if I’m right).

Thats true  altho, Tea timbre and coherency are pretty good for an hibrid

Michael Bruce liked Tea but he said spending that kind of money the O2 was the buy He has the O2 rated extremely high. If you get a chance to see his charts you can see his grading of both. I have no idea it that helps after all Michael or Resolution it their call is based on their listening biases. The only that matter is if you love the Tea it’s a great choice same with O2. It’s yours to listen to.

I was asking about the resolution cz micheal almost give all the iems a 9/10 in resolution idk why u can see that the mest have 9/10 Equal to the oxygen  the tea 8/10
Even u12t 9/10

I know his oppinion. I’ve talked with him about it. We share different opinions but understand why. Also he finds the Teas bright and I find it dark, which is curious because he likes more treble than I do. Something was off, it might be ear canals or unit difference, but we dont know. Anyway, he knows his stuff and I love the guy and I trust his opinions. He’s one of the reasons I got EJ07m.

Everyone looks for different stuff. I’ll have both Teas and O2 in my collection for different stuff.

Tea is not bright. Tea is not dark. Tea is just a cup of tea that everyone should drink, as long as you do not burst the cup from the heat of the tea :)))))

The tea is so polarizing, I see a lot of people say it’s great cause the treble is very toned down but then I see people say it’s too much. I think it’s that weird dip in the FR curve in the treble end that makes it sound so different to everyone. I understand that range tends to be the “sibilant” range so I can see why they cut it so much, but I also think that’s why it sounds a little strange to some people, and different person to person.

Personally I think I’d take the oxygen over it cause I like DD coherency and timber. Resolution and details aren’t as a big of a deal to me so I’ve discovered

Every set is, unless it’s completly trash and no one likes it.

Teas and O2 are different horses for different tracks. More compliments than substitutes.

How do we feel about the JVC FDX1 (the old king of DD) with the blue or green nozzle vs the oxygen (the chifi DD king)? Hard to tell which one people like better since they don’t get compared often.

It sounds shockingly bad in this demo.

Xelento 2 easily the best with the IE300 coming in second.

The other ones sounded like old radios.
