They are most likely the same as the original 599 sound wise, just in black and white color, so that’s worth it if you like a warm sound
Jus black 599 hard to beat at that price would pick that up over any open back around a $100 except maybe the Fidelio and until the 58x
And the 58x is currently $135, so…

I have the 599 SE and the SE means it’s an Amazon only 599…really awesome sound, prefer them over my 4xx.

Whatever you do, don’t get the HD598Cs. They sounded like I was in a glass bottle and everything was muffled.
perhaps…but I listen mostly to orchestral / instrumental and I guess strings really do need warmth. 
The 598Cs don’t measure so bad:

Even if they measure a certain way, that doesn’t necessarily mean they are good at doing that measurement. Whatever their measurements are, they still sounded as I described. Somehow muddy and hollow at the same time.
The Stellia probably executes those measurements on a much higher level of accuracy.

I wonder how close do the 598Cs sound to the Stellia since they measure so similar

they may measure similarly but presentation is different, the drivers are different , and the chassis, resolution will be different, build and shape are different, as well as timbre sounding different. so at the end of the day it’s going to sound different with the only thing most likely in common is how they measure

Tbh measurement graphs are the last thing I look at to judge a headphone on. I go off of people’s opinions I trust, then try them myself, and if something sounds weird or different, then I may look at a graph for an explanation of their sound signature.
