Tough telling, those lines are uniquely mature. Not exactly late-breaking news here, so I wouldn’t fan the flames just yet. It’s been going okay so far. Not uncommon for manu to support limited time supported sales.

This is just a regular sale. Not a purging of inventory or anything. Sennheiser tends to have them every 3 months or so.

The HD 650 and HD 600 used to fall under Pro Audio and so it wasn’t sold by most consumer retailers. Now they are under a different umbrella which is why you see them on sale with more retailers than usual.
