The Topping DX1 DAC/Amp is only $84.15 on Linsoul right now. I still rank this as the best starter headphone amp. It also works as a DAC, so you can run it to something with more power, if you need to upgrade later.
Also worth noting the DX3 Pro+ is only $169.15 there too.

How on earth is a 500mw @600ohms amp so cheap? Oo
The power ratings above 32 Ohm are a mistake (or lie?).
The A10h says 1W at 32 and 500mW at 300. Measurement show it just a normal linear power output. Means around 120mW at 300 Ohm.
Nonetheless I can recommend the A10h and the A20h. Had the A10h 2 times. Once as my main amp and later again as a preamp between a qudelix 5k and a topping a30pro (remote control R2R volume control).
