You don’t often see $1500 off anything. Usually open box is 10% off or so, so 25% off is really nice. I have other gear I’d be looking at before this, but maybe one day it’ll tempt me. I think you could resell it for a decent return

I don’t know why, but I end up preferring the he6 (more enjoyable to me I guess) over the susvara, but it is pretty nice (but personally not something I wanted to own)

Yeah you should, also is sweet, at least it worked with the susvara on my setup
There’d be a lot of upgrades on my end before I got to that point, but it’s something to consider. The only listing on US Audio Mart is for $4k, so it’d basically be a $500 audition if that’s the going price for used

I have the 6se, and I really love it. I was one of the lucky ones who got one new for $700 from Adorama in the fall that wasn’t wonky. I was driving off of a vintage Marantz 2325, but I have been liking it even more off my recent Sansui 9090. The Marantz has a really nice warmth to it, but it adds a little too much the 6se’s.
