I love the “Isolation Platform.” It’s a $600 butchers block.

I got my SP200 for $242.00, like the smaller size and it has more than enough power for me.

But the price drop is great for those who prefer the Drop product.

3" cutting boards can get expensive, but that seems a little crazy. My endgame cutting board is that price new:

And… I just finally bought it

Yeah but thats prime old stock wood from the Amazon. Nourished and cut down by the top tribe. Imported and hand cured and lovingly stained and conditioned by an artist. These tree’s are known for their amazing mind blowing acoustic properties. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ifi Zen dac for 110 in there… focal listen wireless for 200… wharfedale diamond 11 for 250$… nice.

A ton of 2500$ pieces of shit audiophile power cables and audio cables but whatever. :stuck_out_tongue: Sort by price.

5000$ for 8ft of audioquest speaker cable with banana plugs, 20 000$ MSRP, what a deal :grimacing: :no_mouth: %^€,%""/:£,& :skull_and_crossbones: lol

What a crazy business this cable thing is. How can a cable be worth that much? is it made of gold and silver? i wonder what its real worth is? 100$?

You mean you guys wouldn’t spend $10,000 on an Audiophile Rock that looks like a hunk of crap? This is the worst snake oil…

pretty sure this one is done cynically to see how far they can take things with the gullible that dont have any concept of what the placebo effect is

I kept looking for smiley faces or a sign saying it was sponsored by The Onion.

Sadly, those things are actually for purchase. That product (if you can even call it that) exemplifies everything wrong in this hobby. But, if somebody were to actually purchase one, I wouldn’t feel bad for them. If someone has $10,000 to waste on a freaking rock, they deserve zero sympathy.

On the bottom of the page it says:

"However, you may still hear the improvements subconsciously, meaning that the music sounds better but you can’t really say why. "

Idk about you, but my interpretation of that is they know it won’t improve anything and are banking on the placebo effect.

Absolutely. Also appealing to somebody that has money and is insecure about if they are getting 100% optimal performance from their system setup.

I think it’s both. Cynics having fun, cashing in. :stuck_out_tongue:

Get a nice whisky velvet bag, fill it with dried sand, call it a day.
Will look much better too.
