Hmmm the Earpadz are tempting to swap on my 280Pro… Anyone got any opinions on the pads or 280Pro padswapping?
$30 is also pretty cheap for Dekoni
Hmmm true. I think I am going to get a pair of Midnight pads. I really don’t like the stock pads on the 280 but I would like to get something similar as to not change the sound, but just make it more comfortable.
This probably doesn’t belong in this thread, but for those of you (like me) who don’t subscribe to Spotify I received an email with this free trial offer today…
Not sure if it’s U.S. only, but just thought I’d post it anyway in case others may be interested.
I think former customers get an offer for 3 months for 9.99 as that’s the email I got.
I’m more curious about how that chair sounds.
Darn, I just bought the sheepskin pads for the Beats Studio 3.0 for double that. Any suggestions for getting the Dekoni pads to stick, I put them on and they fell off the next day.
Gonna keep an eye here to see if the iFi Zen DAC goes on sale.
Ummm… Dont buy Apple products? XD I have refused to buy or use Beats products since before Apple bought them, or I started getting into this part of the audio world, so I honestly could not help you.
Studio series is nice, the work nicely with Apple products, especially with the X1 chip.
Cant say I would be getting one any time soon. Personally, I will stick to Windows/Linux/Android unless I genuinely dont have a choice
Isn’t this lower than it has usually dropped for?
It was $185 earlier this year. $200 is the typical Drop price for it, though.
Ok, is it a good buy at $200?
It’s kinda funny seeing those Drop deals many times.
Cause: They send every day advertisement material to email, if you are a member and have tab’s on. If anyone is interested, join the spam sell email.
Positively get info first of every deal, every day.
The Darkvoice is a good entry level tube amp, yes. As often as Drop sells them, I would say $200 is more or less becoming the standard price (in the US, anyway). If you understand that its OTL topology limits you to high impedance dynamic headphones and are wanting to begin to explore the tube world, yes, I think it’s a good buy.
Ok, yes I’ve been looking at getting a tube amp to try with my HD 6xx, something not that expensive, something like the Darkvoice or the Little Dot MK II or MK III.
