My set has recessed 2-pin sockets, and the included cable doesn’t make an allowance for this, meaning the pins don’t go in far enough, compared to if the 2-pin socket was flush. This means that on the left hand side, the cable falls out! I won’t be buying from Thor again. I had to purchase an expensive after market cable costing half the price of the IEMs from Linsoul to cure this problem.
- you shouldn’t have needed that expensive of a cable there are $15 cables that can do that
- contact their support it’s supposed to be flush (mine was and every picture I’ve seen online is)
