Sorry, I meant only to link the thread
haha no problem
Listen to your favorite female singer.
For me I use J-pop songs tho.
I usually test with tracks that Iām familiar with:
Agnes Obel - Curse
Agnes Obel - Riverside
London Grammar - Metal and Dust
Lana Del Rey - Carmen (whole album really)
Adele - Daydreamer (whole album really)
Fleetwood Mac - Landslide
Norah Jones - Donāt know why
Norah Jones - Come away with me
etc,etc.
Yeah testing with your familar tracks is better if you already know what to expect on some songs.
Yes, because you get used to OCD details. Like when their voice goes thin, shouty, etc.
I like to test female and high stuff with this track. Lots of bleed-edge, ouch territory stuff. If this song gets a little hot for me, that gear is typically fine, but if thereās a little pain then itās a no-go.
Ok thank you nymz.
anytime bro.
That is quite a track especially at the 0.46 - 1.17 a lot of different instrument suddenly appeared. The song is better on spotify some details are missing and got jumble up in youtube. Definitely will start listen to this on my set thank you for recomended this.
Try after 2:50 too. Some lighter higher stuff and high hats.
The build quality on the housing looks like a much more expensive iem. The black looks stunning for me. Cannot wait for mine to arrive next week.
Yes, and the fit is top-notch

hereās some female vocals to really put anything to an extreme test. my Mele was shipped this week so hopefully I will be able to abuse them soon. then with monk plus, monk sm, ry4s and 7hz timelessā¦i went on a mad one
Ahhh, seems like only yesterday. July '73 in Chicago. Joe Walsh/Barnstorm, Rocky Mountain Way
Think this concert was '77 in Washington DCā¦ Chicago in '73 was a mind-blower.
Waiting on blue/gold for the Mele. Patience yeah patience. Congrats on a successful collaboration!
Check out the talk box at 3:00
Man, if anyone wants goosebumps from good music, listen to Mountains by Hans Zimmer from Interstellar OST: Spotify.
Mele truly brings out the rumble from the organ and the chorus. Starfield just cannot match that sound!
I somehow missed this conversation. However, Iād like to propose an article that convinced me why Hi-Res doesnāt make sense for most of us (if not for everyone).

Totally agree. I canāt make out any difference between 16/24 bit files. Maybe someone can with better ears than mine. I can hear up to around 16000 hz. Thatās quite good for someone my age. 48.
Iāve done a lot of testing on this because I was actually hoping 24 bit might be of some value to me. It just eats a whole lot more drive space.
16 bit flac/16 lossless should be perfect for most of us.
