I am on a funk vibe lately and the mele do justice to this style of music.
Thank you for this affordable gem can’t wait for something tuned by you
Gold represent. I’ve seen a thousand photos in this thread but they’re even more beautiful up close.
Changing the cable made the bass tighter and there’s more detail in the bass and mids. The CP100 bring more rumble and slam and a slight treble extension. These are great @hawaiibadboy, amazing job.
Thanks
Question is when this will be available?
Want to get one for a friend’s birthday gift
If you contact linsoul on PM probably anytime. If she is showing me a pic she has stocks. When it is listed as an option will probably be next week.
Thanks
Additional question: are there any news about Mele being on sale for 11.11?
I think because they are on the wrong side of supply with the demand maybe not.
A cable + Mele bundle with a discount would be a smart tactic just to pull eyes onto stuff harder to move.
Now I just typed a buncha words to realize…I don’t know
No problem there lol, the bundle with the Jelly cable is already such a good deal. It’s just my interest in the blue set shot right up after seeing your photos.
Dang it… who knew I thought I was content with one set…
I just received my CP100 (M) and swapped it with the original CP145 (L) I was using on the Mele. After 10 minutes listening, my neurons increased a bit… To make it short:
- CP145 is more v-shaped; CP100 smooths out the V and enhances the veiled frequencies the CP145 had
- Bass texture: CP100 adds 15% over CP145
- Mids clarity: CP100 adds 25% over CP145
Note: Take into consideration that the CP145 (L) created a further distance between the driver and the ear canal. CP100 (M) for me shortened that distance and had a firmer & shorter stem to grip the IEM nozzles, probably enhanced the clarity and made the bass less muddy yet retains the ridiculous punch.
I’m in the states also and mines was stuck in port for about a week but once it cleared it was a really fast delivery… have patience because they definitely worth the wait… But i know how you feel right about now.
I am waiting for my next IEM to get fulfilled ( 7Hz Timeless ) and that is not the best news.
Not earlier nor later, exactly that day:
My daughter’s TinT2s have failed so I foolishly ‘lent’ her my Mele’s. Looks like I’ll be buying myself another set, following the “I really like these can I keep them for a while?”
