Thankyou nymz ,what a kind gesture but I couldn’t deprive you of your Olina, but I really appreciate your offer.
The problem lies with Linsoul, $45 one way shipping ? did they pay $45 to ship to me.This is a blatant ripoff , I should be able to return defective goods at no cost to myself. Fourth and last purchase from Linsoul.

you’re in the uk like me I only purchase stuff from Linsoul if it’s fulfilled by Amazon I’d never buy direct.

some store on aliexpress have the “free return” policy i usually buy from these, i used it once for to return a defective trn ba5 and i paid nothing for the return and got a full refund once they received it, 45$ for shipment is clearly a ripoff from linsoul, i once returned a spring1 to bqeyz for repair, inshured tracked shipment from france to china in a padded enveloppe cost me $7, you pay by the weight, iems are lightweight if you return the iem only (no cable no tips,nothing else) - for info bqeyz did the repair at no cost even over one year and they paid the shipment of the repaired iem back from china to france so tripowin warranty policy really sucks - check with linsoul if you can return the defective iem on it’s own at your cost, it is so light it will be priced as paper document if you put it in a padded enveloppe, and they should at least repair/replace it and resend it to you for free.

8 days? Lucky bugger - My order was placed Feb 19’th, and its still “Dispatched from sorting center” in China


to people buying on amazon u.k - you’ll still be dealing with linsoul with the return process if it’s not backed with prime shipping, it’s better to just avoid completely or buy 2nd hand if it’s linsoul exclusive

At Linsoul there is no quality control, no customer service, and they are always right. Thier policy is, you can buy from them but, if something is wrong you can f
k yourself. They won’t ever admit there is something wrong with thier product.
2 times they sent me faulty iems. First time it was custom Legacy 4 with the FR unlike any other, with huuuuuge 7-8k boost (not coupler related)
 Even they admitted that my unit measures differently but within the parameters, something like that and they refused to take responsibility for faulty set. After thier inspection and after countless emails back and forth they concluded there is nothing wrong
 There it is $300+ well spent :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: custom L4 went to garbage bin.
Second time was with Monarch MKII. There was something wrong with my unit I’m sure of it
 Not to go into details
 They again refused to to be objective and accept that my unit might be faulty
 “What is your unit number?.. There is nothing wrong with your unit
” at that time I just gave up, I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I flipped it with substantial loss.
This is wrong, what happened to “customer is always right” what happened to QC, what happened to proper customer service who are leaving thousands to thier bank accounts?

Mele was good iem, so as TC-01. My Olina is on the way. After those 2 fiascos I bought Mele and Olina because they are genuinely good iems for the price. I surely like TC-01 and Mele, by the looks of it Olina is class above.
Will I buy anything more expensive form Linsoul? I truly doubt it, unless of course it has HBB’s signature.

This kills me. My Monarch MKII is on its way eventually 
 from Linsoul. 3-6 weeks out. Headphones.com just had a few in stock and it makes me feel regret buying from Linsoul. If I had just waiting 2 weeks, I’d actually have my set tomorrow 
 now, I have to wait another month or more. I just hope that once they arrive, there are no other hiccups like your story. I’m sorry you went through this, brother.

Not sure who you’re referring to specifically but the Pre-order for the monarchs on linsoul is 3-6 weeks for a new unit. Headphones.com just happen to have a few sets for literally a single day, they’ve sold through.

Send em a mail and ask what i asked em privately.
If this is always in backorder (not enough supply for the demand)
Then where are the batches for Headphones coming from?

It means that sets are made and taken out of the 1 and only supply.

Expansion is great, the goal for many businesses, but if everyone knows there is a specific # of anything and the wait from the main source is ( ) weeks.
The customer will know when they have been jumped inline.

I was told some story about it being from another batch.
