Specifically it’s not the fastener (seems to be a 6 mm countersunk allen key). The pain part is that one must disassemble the ear cup to some unknown amount to remount the driver.
Looks better than some of the “mods” people have attempted to do with a BT receiver and coiling the cables on the headband lol.
