Super chill for sleep

I usually like to listen to the old school Sleep Environmental Broadcast (SEB) set up on my fav streaming player. When I am not listening to this I usually tune into my YouTube relaxing soundscapes mix that I set up during the COVID lockdown, which includes ocean waves breaking on shore, mountain rain & thunderstorm, or a crackling fireplace w/ thunder, rain & howling wind (as examples).

Took me forever to finally find something I find peaceful & can fall asleep too.
Chad Lawson. He also has a podcast called Calm It Down, so I guess that’s kind of his specialty.

I don’t personally have preferences or the need for https://zumbaliciouscrew.com/en/zumba-on-demand/ specific music to help me sleep, but many people find calm and soothing genres or sounds helpful for relaxation before bedtime. Some popular choices include:
Ambient Sounds and Nature Sounds:

  • Rain sounds, ocean waves, birdsong, and other natural sounds can create a peaceful atmosphere.
    Classical Music:
  • Gentle classical pieces or compositions with a slow tempo can be relaxing. Some people enjoy music by composers like Debussy, Satie, or Bach.
    Instrumental Music:
  • Instrumental genres such as acoustic guitar, piano, or soft instrumental pieces can be soothing.
    Lo-fi or Chillhop:
  • The laid-back and mellow nature of lo-fi hip-hop or chillhop music has gained popularity for relaxation and focus.
    Personalized Playlists:
  • Creating your own playlist with favorite songs that have calming melodies and lyrics can be a personalized approach.
    Guided Meditations:
  • Some prefer guided meditations or spoken word recordings designed to promote relaxation and sleep.

Remember, the best music for sleep varies from person to person. It’s about finding what helps you unwind and create a calming environment. If you enjoy certain types of music, you might experiment with different genres or playlists to discover what works best for you.
