I’m just happy they didn’t use the ESS Sabre DAC Chips that they are so fond of using. They tend to be bright in the treble, regardless of implementation unless you spend boku bucks on a TOTL unit.

Just dropped $410 (+ tax) on Beyer DT1990s thanks to @nyj585 over at the Deals Thread.

I’d blame @M0N, too, but saving that for the eventual 600-ohm DT880 (with silver pads) purchase.

It was a tossup and I had to go with the Nighthawks, One never knows when they will show again. Gonna be awhile before I get the Elex but I have stuff to listen with in anticipation!

nighthawks carbon for 220$ i don’t know if the price is right tbh.the seller says he only used it for 5 hours…so i got 145hrs left to burn in LMAO
