I mean, my excuse (even though my next closed pair was gonna be Aeons way down the line) was that I can likely resell the Elegias for the same or higher price than I bought them at down the line. Or I could trade for something. Even if I can’t it’s still prolly worth for a 50% price drop.

adorama sends sale price links in email news letters. u have to use the link copy and pasted from it. normal search will allways be full price if it came from an email sale.

Well, I just cancelled my order.
It is for sure a GREAT deal, but I would rather have the Audeze GX , so this would be just to buy something for a lower price. But it would not be the right buy.
So even though it is a very good deal, it is not the right one for me.

there has been many times i have almost bought the gx. it looks very interesting to me as well. but now that audeze sells the mic cord separate, i keep thinking i should get an audeze of greater magnitude and use the mic cord when FPS gaming.
