LOL, I just prefer warm and musical. I donāt mind bright, if it isnāt peakyā¦basically treble has to be smoothly controlled, even if bright.
Good luck finding a fazorless LCD-2ā¦they are becoming harder and harder to come by.

I like warm and musical too. I also can enjoy bright. The issue for me is sibilance. If bright becomes sibilant it becomes distracting and sometimes painful.

Yeah, those original headbands were godawful with respect to comfort. Like you, I immediately replaced mine with the suspension strap. Comfort is 100x better now.
Hopefully these make up for your disappointment with the LCD-X.

The current civil unrest continues and its after effects are felt all over, I hope some real change comes of this, maybe even in our lifetime. I got nothinā today, nothinā I tell yaā! Thereās the sweet swipe of nipples across a singers dress iām trying to hear and Iām sure I wonāt be able to do that until UPS gets to me

Any one know of a U shaped signature headphone with close soundstage, big sound, detailed, aggressive/forward/fun/exciting?
Sort of like a higher end Helios?

hopefully its not the same shitty cable from amazon that i bought a year ago. quality was soo poor that threw it away and went straight to periapt 
My LCD-x turned into an LCD-2 and Aeolus, so Iām pretty happy already. 
Iām lucky that Iāve owned a few Audeze headphones, so I had a spare headband and earpads already from a previous pair.
