How do you like the Klipsch amp? Heard lots of mixed reviews on it.
Well I do like the convenience and looks and tbh I don’t think I can hear much of a difference between gear yet, maybe never will.
With headphones I can hear differences rather clearly but amps and dacs are all new to me.
I got klipsh for a good price here and hp3 as well and love the combo both visually and sound wise. Will see how much of a difference will notice now with rebelamp on board.

I also thought that amps and dacs sound the same, and it is not necessary to level up.
Boy was I wrong!
Getting a quality tube amp (Cayin), then a dac/amp portable (XD-05 Plus) and then a R2R dac (Ares ii) changed my perspective over night. I hear a clear difference and the benefits of getting better gear are very obvious. I thought My THX was the end game and now I was good, but especially these three buys helped me move on.
I can only recommend to try out different gear, listen to it in shops or conventions and discover what it can give to you.
The worst part for me now is driving - I don’t have any dac/amp to enhance my music and even though I have some great IEMs, the phone is just not on par, by far, with any audio equipment I got.
I totally agree that higher end dacs and amps make a difference especially with better hp. However I do also think that some people have much better hearing than the others and some will not here any reasonable difference going from good gear to great one.
I am not saying I am done trying but will take longer time now to play with what I have and choose additions only when I think I can appreciate the quality increase for a cost.
It is rather hard for me to audition anything high end headphone wise here so will see how it goes.

I can tell you that being a noob the difference between a SP200 and a RNHP is there to notice since the first moment.

I use the T50’s as my daily drivers, the 4xx are the newest grab which I am loving. I would switch to the 4xx daily but I fall asleep with cans on a lot so worry about the connectors getting damaged.

Zeos melted the plastic on his kph30i to lessen the clamp. not sure what with. i guess he metled it then stretched the headband. Are you gonna do any modding with your t50rp? i got one to and its very sibilaint for me.i wannna send them in for argons. the M&O are good headphones
Got a nice base for our TV’s subwoofer today. We live in an apartment and I’m trying to make it bearable for our neighbors downstairs. I’m not expecting miracles, I still keep the bass to like 25-30%, but if it can help even a little bit, I’ll take it. We had the woofer on a blanket before :p.
Until we get our own house…
