@Davidibiza Great fun and sound at a Great price!! Enjoi.
Yeah, I’m enjoying the Porta pros while typing this. I might as well have the full collection.
HexV2 and Liquid Plat inbound!
I don’t think I’ve been this excited since the last time I bought new gear!
Try out the bass boost on the hip dac and Zen. With the hip dac they power them surprisingly well, even unbalanced. Pretty cool pairing, even being a planar. I think it sounds better than the basX a100 and even is better than the 800i, as far as impact
Nice grabs I thought about the platinum myself. Look forward to reading your impressions.
Only of course! I snagged a 4.4->XLR balanced interconnect to do that Zen bass boost thing.
A good mic for phone calls is not something you yourself will notice, but everyone else will.
In the name of everyone else: Thanks
Not just metallica covers anymore i see
It has not been the best day for my bank account…
Before I spend on a Bluetooth DAC
Does the BTR5 really sound better because I know the app on the earstudio is so much better
Six ru server rack to hold the Behringer a800 amps I ordered today and the UPS for them
Only thing left to order now is a minidsp hd and for everything arrive. Sadly the a800s wont arrive to the end of September
And when was that?
Just scroll up…
Very curious about these mystery packages. Do they give any indication what items could be in them? Also I’m curious to hear your thoughts on Audirvana. I’ve looked at it a few times before. Are you on Mac or PC?
Mac, that’s why audirvana is necessary for me.
I’ve been using it for a few hours, it’s absolutely great. I’m not entirely sure about the sound quality differences yet as I need to get a better system first; but from a UI point of view it is very easy. It’s basic, which is exactly what I want. No nonsense, no frills. It’s good looking, especially the page that shows all albums, and the app for controlling your PC on your phone is great too. Sometimes it is a tad slow to load album covers but that is acceptable as I have quite a few.
With the mystery packages, you are guaranteed one pair of headphones/IEMs and a cable, both of which will cost more than the $30 spent each. I could be lucky and get two mega expensive items, or I could get two items worth $30 each. Either way I can always resale an item or two if I don’t like them and turn a slight profit.
Really interested in hearing your thoughts about the Edition X v2!
That makes 2 of us!
