Whelp, finally took the ZMF jump. Wanted something to compliment my Arya and decided on these. I almost went with the HD800s but there are too many people I’ve read who didn’t like them

Congratulations, they look great. Two very different HP’s the Autuer and the HD800s. The ZMF is a much better general purpose and works well across more music selections than the HD800s IMO. I hope you really LOVE and enjoy it. Makes a nice centerpiece for any collection and the wood just LOOKS so damned good👍

Line Magnetic tube buffered, Quad 9028pro chip DAC just arrived. Looking forward to burning it in and rolling the 12AU7’s, still waiting on an old NOS rectifier tube but i will have to do some soldering to adapt it…

I forgot to share I bought an Epson C5790 Super Tank printer last week. comes with what Epson thinks is 2 years worth of ink and if you use it up before that time, they will pay for any ink you have to buy. quite excited to set it up!

Sure, though I’m not the best at describing discernable sound differences I’ll give it a shot. Hoping to be rather impressed. I didnt realize the flux had different colors too that’s pretty neat, wish rebelamp had color choices that green kills me
