I bought the Focal Clear Professional for 900€ in new condition. They will probably arrive in the next few days and I’m going to review+compare it to my Focal Elegia. I will add the dekoni sheepskin into the equation.This is a big step for me, I have come a long way for this. I already very much like the Focal Elegia. So if the Focal Clear don’t blow me away, then I will just send them back. I hope they will blow me away tho, I want to be finally 1 step closer to my “affordable” endgame and have some rest.

I just ordered Lake People G103-s, Lake People G111 and RNHP for the Focal Clear now and it will arrive in the next couple of days. I will compare all those amps to the SMSL SP200 with Focal Clear/Elegia. Another step closer to the finish line

Is that the evolv x case? I want a p600 which is same internals but i want to put an eatx mobo in there. Sizings say it should fit but i was wondering what mobo you have and how it fits with the doors.

I think the biggest issue would be do the doors clear to allow power through.

The LCX has balanced input too, also pretty much all of the THX amps. I think it’s more common than not +$200.

Finally I’ve received all of the converters and weird interconnects that I’ll ever need. The store claimed the cables are made of 7n silver and some of them are silver plated OCC cable, but to be honest I buy these for their look and build quality. I don’t notice any sound difference when I tried them, which is a good thing. Maybe if I have time, I will measure their internal resistance. Overall, I’m really satisfied with my purchase.
